What are our rates and service fees?

Lending companies partnering with us offer an approximate annual interest rate of 28% to 32%. If unpaid, the applicable interest rate is 2.66% per month (32% per year). A bonding fee is applicable on loan allocation.

In which cases could a request be refused?

What are the eligibility requirements?

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a Canadian citizen
  • Currently employed at a steady job
  • Be paid by direct deposit
  • Have a net monthly income of at least $1,200
  • Must not be under an undischarged bankruptcy or plan to do so

How long until I can access loan funds?

If your request is accepted and the contract is signed and returned by 11:00 am, the funds will be transferred in your bank account by the end of the day. If the request is accepted after 11:00 am, you should expect a 24 opening hour delay.

What happens in case of default of payment or non-cooperation?

The debt will be transferred for collection. In case of payment default, the applicable interest rate is 2.66% per month (32% per year).

What are the penalties for a payment with insufficient funds?

In case of insufficient funds, a $40 fee will apply. You can delay a payment by paying an administrative fee of $25.

How can I make an urgent loan request?

Our fully electronic loan application does not require any paper documents. You will also be able to sign your contract electronically. It's the easiest, quickest and most secure way to apply for a loan.

Can you see my username and password?

No. We will never see your username and password. Our system will not store your access codes to your bank account.

How to make sure this is not a way to get my personal information?

We understand your hesitation. The instant bank verification (IBV) system has been specifically designed to streamline the online loan application process. It works according to the highest security standards; the same as those used by online financial institutions. This system eliminates the long and complex paper delivery process.

What will you do with my information?

Your information is transferred securely and automatically to your financial institution. Once your credentials are verified, we will only receive a copy of your banking statement for the last 30 days that will allow us to assess your loan application. Your information will never be displayed or stored.

When can I renew my loan?

You can apply for a renewal when your balance is below $150.

Are self-employed workers accepted?

No. Self-employed workers are not eligible. To be eligible, your salary must be paid by direct deposit. We accept beneficiaries from CNESST, employment insurance, disability insurance or regime des rentes.
